Benefits Administrator As a member of the SEBS team since 2008, Meghan Rapp has assisted Alan Kacura in implementation. She helps make easy-to-use handouts for use in both open enrollment and new employee orientations. The booklets created through implementation make the enrollment process for Employees go as smoothly as possible in addition to providing employees with a tangible reference guide to use throughout the year so that they do not have to bother their employer with benefits questions. Meghan also spends her time making sure the employee benefit web sites are as accurate and up to date as possible. Though fairly new to the team, she hopes to gain expertise in the industry as she continues learning. When not in the Office, Meghan is a full time student at UC Irvine as an International Studies Major and Management Minor.
