Pam started with SEBS when the program was founded in 1984. She has been exposed to every aspect of our business and industry, from office management to finance, until she found her home in the Employee Benefits department. Over time there have been numerous changes to the benefits marketplace, especially legislative changes in the state of California, and in which carriers best service your needs. Pam's ongoing focus on service has produced continued growth in our client base, resulting in our 95% plus retention rate. As a small business owner herself, Pam understands the struggles of a growing business, and she helps our clients focus on growing their organizations by not having to worry about how their employee benefits package is being handled. Pam brings energy to any client meeting, but more importantly she brings reliability.
