Barbara Kacura

Employee Benefit Specialist Barbara Kacura has grown alongside over 500 clients for the past 12 years. She joined Strategic Employee Benefit Services in 1997 to manage customer service, and has seen our organization go from three employees to sixteen. In addition to her organizational skills, her industry experience and, of course, her positive attitude, Barb cares greatly about the clients and will go that extra mile to provide the quality of service our clients expect. Barb knows the marketplace better than most carriers, and many of our top clients tell us she is the most valuable resource we have. Her leadership is reflected in her staff and results in the high quality of service that each and every person deserves. Throughout the twelve years with Strategic Employee Benefit Service, Barb has seen and heard just about every scenario and question. She relates very easily to that single working mother trying to figure out the confines of the insurance world, because in fact, that is what she is. Barb is most in her element when speaking with the average employee, and making insurance so easy a 5th grader could understand it! She believes the best way to keep costs down and employees happy is to teach employees how to utilize their health benefits. She gives helpful hints and tips, along with showing how to read between the lines of the insurance carriers plan descriptions.
