Office Manager Sarah Fox takes on two extremely important roles within our organization. First of all, Sarah is the office manager, and handles all of the day to day administration just like many of our employers have to do with their employees. If any of our clients have praise or concern about the way a situation was handled, Sarah is the person to tell. Also as the office manager, Sarah delegates customer service work, such as enrollment & I.D. card issues, throughout our organization so that our employers get their issues resolved as timely as possible. Sarah's second role in our organization is our claims analyst. All of the dramatic changes we have seen through the healthcare industry in the past few years have shown us how difficult claims have become. They have developed into a large burden on both the employee and the employer. For that reason, we have Sarah as our in-house claims specialist. She helps employees sort out their confusing bills, but more importantly she helps the employer have a piece of mind in knowing that all employees' needs are always taken care of. |
